This week:

February 28-March 4 Put new photos of kitchen project on web site. Worked on bid for second phase of a summer kitchen. Will be closing in area around A/C unit and building a closet area to create storage area for supplies for customer.

Working with plumber on a new bedroom/bath addition. Plumber removed old hot water heater unit and added new gas tankless water heater. Block company came in and formed out footer for the bedroom/bath addition making it ready for the plumber to run pipes for bathroom.

Last week:

February 21-25 Working on getting permit approved with the city. Had to have the architect add a drawing of the gutter showing how the water would be directed away from the resident next to the new addition. Once that was done the permit was approved for the bedroom/bath addition.

Worked on furring out ceiling rafters for a kitchen remodel. Also shored up older rafters that had some termite damage by sistering new wood to existing wood.
